Man sentenced after police find knuckleduster in his vehicle

A MAN has been sentenced after a knuckleduster was found in his vehicle.

Brandon Mahasoh, 22, was sitting in the vehicle in Malvern, when police found the weapon.

He appeared at Worcester Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday, October 6, where he pleaded guilty to the single count of possessing an offensive weapon in a public place.

Mahasoh, of Fern Drive, Malvern, was fined £500, as well as being ordered to pay £85 in costs and a £200 surcharge.

A destruction order was also made for the knuckleduster.
